Designed by GGLO, the 135,000-square-foot affordable housing complex features a five-story structure and nine townhouses. There are 94 low-income units as well as parking and ground floor retail. Prodema's Prodex line was used for the wood accents on the exterior. The project achieved the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard.
